Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING (Standard Ground) on all purchases!
  • Currently, we only ship within the USA.
  • Order fulfillment processing is typically 3–5 business days before your order ships. In cases of high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays, please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery. 
  • Orders are shipped standard ground via USPS.  Expedited shipping is available if you wish to upgrade your order. 
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays with USPS or shipping carriers once your package has shipped.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package tracking is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact your local post office or courier for help.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please ensure you enter the correct SIZE, COLOR, and SHIPPING ADDRESS before placing your order.
  • Our items are made to order.  If you need to make any changes to your order, please email usas soon as possible & within 24 hours of placing your order.  We will do our best to accommodate change requests when we are able, however, if your order is already in fulfillment, change requests cannot be guaranteed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We allow returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  Please email us to request a return/exchange with your order #.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be unworn and not washed.
  • Defective Items:If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement within 14 days of receipt.  We may request pictures of the product or additional information for quality control purposes and to expedite sending a replacement.

  • Care Instructions: Our products undergo quality control checks, but please handle them with care.  We are not responsible for damages caused by improper washing/ drying or normal wear and tear.
