Currently, we only ship within the USA.
Order fulfillment processing is typically 3–5 business days before your order ships. In cases of high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays, please allow up to 10-14 business days for fulfillment time.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays with USPS or shipping carriers once your package has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package tracking is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to your local post office or courier for help. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure you enter the correct SIZE, COLOR, and SHIPPING ADDRESS before placing your order.
Most items are produced and shipped by a third-party vendor. If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible & within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate change requests when we are able, change requests cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We allow returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please email us to request a return/exchange with your order #.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be unworn and not washed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement within 14 days of receipt. We may request pictures of the product or additional information for quality control purposes and to expedite sending a replacement.
