- At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States of America.
- Free standard shipping on all purchases.
- Items are individually made. We do our best to ship all items as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
- Processing time is typically 3–5 business days. In cases of high-order volume, holidays, or carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for creation time.
- Most items are produced and shipped by a third-party vendor. If you have issues or changes needed after placing your order, please be sure to contact us within 24 hours from time of order. Change requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your item please contact us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

- We do our best to respond to your emails in a timely manner. Because we are a small business, we will respond within 24 hours if emailing Monday through Friday (8 AM to 4 PM MST). Emails sent after 4 PM MST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be managed on the following Monday.
