  • At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States of America.
  • Free standard shipping on all purchases.
  • Items are individually made. We do our best to ship all items as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days. In cases of high-order volume, holidays, or carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for creation time.
  • Most items are produced and shipped by a third-party vendor. If you have issues or changes needed after placing your order, please be sure to email info@bthelightboutiquenet.kinsta.cloud within 24 hours to let me know.  Change requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • All items are made-to-order which means we do not keep any stock on hand. For this reason, all sales are final; we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item you received.
  • Misprinted, damaged or defective items may qualify for a refund within 30 days after the product has been received pending review approval.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • We do our best to respond to your emails in a timely manner. Because we are a small business, we will respond within 24 hours if emailing Monday through Friday (8 AM to 4 PM MST). Emails sent after 4 PM MST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be managed on the following Monday.
  • Please ensure you enter the correct SIZE, COLOR, and SHIPPING ADDRESS prior to placing your order.
  • While it is common to make a mistake and request changes to your order, we cannot guarantee your requested change will be made. We will do our best to accommodate change requests as we are able.
